• Medikamentöse und interventionelle Therapie der peripheren arteriellen Verschlusskrankheit
• Angeborene und erworbene thrombophile Gerinnungsstörungen
• Antikoagulanzienmonitoring bei Antiphospholipidsyndrom
• Laborchemische Untersuchungen zur Aspirin- und Clopidogrel- Resistenz bei Patienten mit peripherer arterieller Verschlusskrankheit

• Aufbau eines interdisziplinären Registers für venöse und arterielle Thromboembolien in Kooperation mit den Kollegen der Hämostaseologie, Labormedizin und Gefäßchirurgie
• Sekundärprävention der periperen arteriellen Verschlusskrankheit mit Thrombozytenaggregationshemmern/Antikoagulanzien

• diverse High-End-Sonografiegeräte, Kontrastmittelsonografie (CEUS), 3D-Ultraschall, Mikroemboliedetektion, CW-Dopplersonografie
• nicht-invasive venöse Funktionsdiagnostik: digitale Photoplethysmografie, Venenverschlussplethysmografie
• nicht-invasive arterielle Funktionsdiagnostik: Dopplerdruckmessung (zur Bestimmung des Ankle-Brachial-Index), Zehendruckmessung (zur Bestimmung des Toe-Brachial-Index), pneumatische segmentale Osziollografie, akrale Oszillografie, Laufbandergometrie
• Transkutane Sauerstoffpartialdruckmessung, O2C-Messung
• Kapillarmikroskopie
